These Terms of Service govern your use of ViralTikPost. By creating an account, buying credits, or using the studio, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

ViralTikPost is a tool that helps users generate vertical ranking posts for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar services.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the studio. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens through your account.

3. Credits and Payments

ViralTikPost uses one-shot credits. Credits are not a subscription. At the current rate, one generation costs 10 credits.

• New accounts do not receive free credits.
• Credits are added after a successful payment.
• Credits are used when a generation is requested.
• Credit packs, prices, and generation costs may change in the future.

4. Generated Content

You are responsible for reviewing and using the content generated through ViralTikPost. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, legal, suitable for every platform, or guaranteed to reach any number of views.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ViralTikPost to create or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content. You must also respect the rules of the social platforms where you publish content.

6. Your Content and Data

You keep responsibility for the topics, prompts, images, and outputs you use with the service. We only use account and generation data as needed to operate the product, provide credits, process generations, handle payments, and support your account. We do not sell your data.

7. Third-Party Services

ViralTikPost relies on third-party services for account infrastructure, payments, hosting, and AI generation. These providers process data only as needed to help us run the service.

8. Availability

We aim to keep ViralTikPost available, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued. We are not responsible for downtime, platform changes, model changes, or third-party outages.

9. No Guaranteed Results

ViralTikPost is built to help create social content with viral potential, but we do not guarantee views, engagement, revenue, followers, or any specific result.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
